Solution / Software Architect Cloud Services Industrial eCommerce (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgabe

• Du treibst die Konzeption, Architektur und Entwicklung von kundenzentrierten Cloud-Services im Bereich Industrial eCommerce, Digital Twin und Internet of Things (IoT) voran
• Mit deinen Kollegen in unserem agilen SCRUM-Team setzt Du anschließend diese Konzepte um und bringst damit unsere Cloud-Plattform auf das nächste Level 
• Du arbeitest dabei eng mit den Fachabteilungen aus R&D und IT im Ingersoll-Rand-Konzern zusammen
• Du entwirfst experimentelle Prototypen von neuen digitalen Diensten und beobachtest neue Technologietrends und Entwicklungen am Markt
• Du kümmerst Dich um die technische Koordination unserer externen Entwicklungs-partner

Die Anforderung

• Dein Informatikstudium (oder vergleichbar) hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen, gerne auch mit Promotion
• Du bringst fundiertes Wissen und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design und der Entwicklung von modularen, skalierbaren IT-Architekturen und Cloud-Plattformen mit, und fühlst Dich in der Web-Entwicklung (insbesondere Backend mit Java) zu Hause. 
• Du besitzt zudem idealerweise auch Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und im Betrieb von Google Cloud Platform (GCP, z.B. BigTable, BigQuery) sowie mit SQL- und NoSQL-Datenbanken, Elasticsearch und Python 
• Darüber hinaus besitzt Du Erfahrung in der Arbeit nach agilen Methoden (z.B. SCRUM)
• Eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, starkes Qualitäts¬bewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
• Du bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit, idealerweise auch Deutschkenntnisse

Solution / Software Architect Cloud Services Industrial eCommerce (m/wfd)

Your task

• You will drive the design, architecture and development of customer-centric cloud services in the area of Industrial eCommerce, Digital Twin and Internet of Things (IoT).
• With your colleagues in our agile SCRUM team, you will then implement these concepts, taking our cloud platform to the next level 
• You will work closely with the R&D and IT departments within the Ingersoll-Rand Group
• You design experimental prototypes of new digital services and monitor new technology trends and developments on the market
• You take care of the technical coordination of our external development partners

The requirement

• You have successfully completed your studies in computer science (or comparable), preferably with a doctorate.
• You bring in-depth knowledge and several years of experience in the design and development of modular, scalable IT architectures and cloud platforms, and feel at home in web development (especially backend with Java). 
• You also ideally have knowledge in the development and operation of Google Cloud Platform (GCP, e.g. BigTable, BigQuery) as well as with SQL and NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch and Python. 
• In addition, you have experience in working according to agile methods (e.g. SCRUM)
• You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working, strong quality awareness as well as a distinct team orientation and communication skills
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English, ideally also a knowledge of German
