Job Summary

HR Coordinator drives and ensures smooth run of the HR operations – with focus on administration, compliance and overall Employee Lifecycle. HR Coordinator will be the face of Human Resources in multi-lingual fast-growing environment and will be reporting to Manager HR. This role will offer interesting and varied work in a small-sized team of HR professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Basic HR & Admin support
  • Maintain employee files & records
  • Administration related to onboarding and changes of employment
  • Employee Data Analysis
  • Labor law compliance
  • Onboarding & training activities
  • Benefits administration
  • Employer branding and recruitment initiatives (job fairs and cooperation with universities)

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent Czech (C1) and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in HR or university education in a relevant discipline
  • Good understanding of Czech Labor Code and regulations
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Forms)
  • Candidate needs to be organized with ability to set priorities
  • Candidate needs to have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to internal customers at all levels

Key Competencies

  • Previous experience in HR or university education in a relevant discipline
  • Good understanding of the Czech Labor Code and regulations
  • Fluent Czech (C1) and English (B2)
