Job Summary
HR Coordinator drives and ensures smooth run of the HR operations – with focus on administration, compliance and overall Employee Lifecycle. HR Coordinator will be the face of Human Resources in multi-lingual fast-growing environment and will be reporting to Manager HR. This role will offer interesting and varied work in a small-sized team of HR professionals.
Responsibilities
- Basic HR & Admin support
- Maintain employee files & records
- Administration related to onboarding and changes of employment
- Employee Data Analysis
- Labor law compliance
- Onboarding & training activities
- Benefits administration
- Employer branding and recruitment initiatives (job fairs and cooperation with universities)
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent Czech (C1) and English (B2)
- Previous experience in HR or university education in a relevant discipline
- Good understanding of Czech Labor Code and regulations
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Forms)
- Candidate needs to be organized with ability to set priorities
- Candidate needs to have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to internal customers at all levels

Key Competencies
- Previous experience in HR or university education in a relevant discipline
