Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented M&A Integration Analyst to support the successful integration of mergers and acquisitions. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing financial and operational data, and ensuring seamless post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of integration strategies for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, HR, IT) to ensure smooth integration.
  • Monitor and report on post-merger performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of integration plans, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Analyze synergies and cost-saving opportunities to maximize deal value.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Full support of Finance integration including responsibility as:
    • Creation of mapping table from local TB to HFM (account, function, product) ensure all dimensions are properly set in HFM
    • Arranging accesses and corresponding system rights for new incoming teams
    • Assists or perform month end/yearly closings, monthly/yearly reporting for new acquired companies prior they will move under business finance
    • Review accounting tasks and procedures to make sure future month end closing for new companies are in line with US GAAP and IR internal policies
    • Organizing/arranging or preparing finance related training for new incoming teams

    • Controls and compliance:
      • Introducing key internal accounting policies as well as other compliance for new incoming teams.
      • Implementations include (but not limited to) Blackline, Concur, Costar and Corporate Credit Cards

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP Accounting & Ingersoll Rand's internal process & controls. 
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, audit or business integration.
  • M&A experience and knowledge fo European language preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of HFM, Concur, SAP
