GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for assigned commodities and product line sourcing strategies and execute strategies to maximize organization profitability. Manage and develop supply base to be aligned with ATS strategies. purchase and procure materials according to the production schedule.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Place orders and follow-up based on material requirements.
• Prepare purchasing needs based on updated production schedules and Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
• Assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability.
• Develop new suppliers to achieve cost savings or quality improvement and so on.
• Identify supply chain risk & develop mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate favorable terms, volume, discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers and block inflation requests.

• Sourcing expertise in refrigeration & HVAC and EPC sectors is preferred.
• Skills/experiences in mechanical materials for refrigeration air conditioning engineering or similar industry are preferred.      

SKILLS

• Working level English Communication verbally and in writing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Good commands of Microsoft Office, etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• University and above degree ( Business admin, Mechanical or Electric Engineering are preferred)
• 2~5 years sourcing and buyer experience in multinational companies are preferred
• CPSM, CSCP or equivalent is a plus
• Expereienced in Supply Chain managent, Procurement and Quality is a plus
