Job Summary:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Project Manager to join the Commercial Excellence team. This senior individual contributor role is responsible for leading and delivering global, cross functional CRM and sales excellence initiatives, translating commercial needs into clear requirements, structured projects, and executable delivery plans.

The role is strongly focused on project and delivery management, coordinating stakeholders across business units, functions, and regions to implement commercial standard work, CRM enabled processes, and digital sales capabilities. You will ensure initiatives are well scoped, well governed, and delivered on time, with clear adoption and measurable business impact on global sales performance.  

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage CRM and sales excellence projects, defining scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure consistent execution of CRM initiatives and commercial standard work across regions and business units.
  • Translate business and commercial requirements into clear functional and technical inputs for CRM delivery teams.
  • Run data-driven analysis using CRM data to support decision-making, prioritization, and impact assessment.
  • Own project governance, planning, and progress tracking, providing visibility on timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery status to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of digital sales capabilities and support training and enablement, including implementation coordination, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in project management, sales operations, commercial excellence, or consulting roles, with proven end to end delivery responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross functional, global initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, commercial standard work, and CRM enabled operating models. sólido conhecimento de processos de vendas, procedimentos comerciais padrão e modelos operacionais habilitados por CRM.
  • Hands on experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and digital sales enablement technologies from an implementation and rollout perspective.
