Job Overview职位概述:

This position will develop manufacturing process for pneumatic and electric tools. The process includes machining parts and tool assembly. Responsibilities will include process design, fixture design, problems solve, supplier quality support, PFMEA of parts and assembly. This position will interface with regional, global engineering and AME.

Key Responsibilities核心职责:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure stable and efficient production.

开发并优化制造和装配工艺，以确保生产过程稳定且高效。

• Prepare and update process documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams, SOPs, Work Instructions, PFMEA.

准备并更新工艺文件，包括工艺流程图（Process Flow Diagrams）、标准操作规程（SOP）、作业指导书（Work Instructions）以及 PFMEA。

• Provide on-site technical support on the shop floor, promptly responding to process-related issues.

在生产现场提供技术支持，及时响应并解决与工艺相关的问题。

• Solve technical problems in both the manufacturing workshop and at customer sites, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective-action implementation.

解决制造车间及客户现场的技术问题，包括开展根本原因分析（RCA）并实施纠正措施。

• Design and improve fixtures and jigs to support machining and assembly processes, ensuring product quality and process efficiency.

设计并改进工装夹具和治具，以支持机加工和装配过程，确保产品质量和工艺效率。

• Support new product introduction, including process feasibility evaluation, trial runs, and process validation.

支持新产品导入（NPI），包括工艺可行性评估、试生产（试跑）以及工艺验证。

• Collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance, drive continuous process improvement.

与生产、质量、维修等团队紧密协作，推动持续的工艺改进。

• Analyze process data, identify risks, and implement Lean / continuous improvement actions to reduce defects, scrap, and cycle time.

分析工艺数据，识别风险，并实施精益 / 持续改进措施，以降低缺陷率、报废率并缩短生产节拍。

• Support internal and external audits, customer visits, and technical reviews related to manufacturing processes.

• Communicate effectively in English for technical documents, meetings, and customer or supplier interactions.

Qualifications任职资格:            

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields.

本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业自动化等相关专业优先。

• At least 3 years of experience in machining and assembly, with preference given to those with a background in related industries such as power tools, gear manufacturing.

至少具有 3 年机加工和装配相关经验，具有动力工具、齿轮制造等相关行业背景者优先。

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly processes, and production flow.

具备扎实的制造工艺、装配工艺及生产流程相关知识。

• Ability to develop, optimize, and document process parameters, SOPs, and work instructions.

能够制定、优化并编制工艺参数、SOP 和作业指导书。

• Proficient in fixture and jig design to support machining and assembly operations.

熟练进行工装夹具和治具设计，以支持机加工和装配作业。

• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram, and other process engineering tools.

熟悉 PFMEA、控制计划（Control Plan）、工艺流程图（Process Flow Diagram）等工艺工程工具。

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

具备精益制造、六西格玛或 Kaizen 等工艺改进方法的实践经验。

• Ability to analyze production issues and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

能够分析生产问题，并实施根本原因分析（RCA）及纠正措施。

• Proficient in using CAD software, Excel, and basic data analysis tools.

熟练使用 CAD 软件、Excel 及基础数据分析工具。

• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
