Order Management Specialist

主要职责:

1、保证客户订单及时、准确地得到处理;

2、及时响应客户需求,与客户保持紧密沟通;

3、需求数据分析并协调改善;

4、处理客户订单发运操作相关事务;

5、负责与顾客联络做好服务工作,协助主管跟踪客户抱怨和投诉,组织客户满意度调查;

6、确保按流程执行并完成上级安排的其他任务。

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历,专业不限;

2、熟悉订单管理及SIOP相关流程,沟通协调能力较强;

3、办公软件熟练,具备一定的数据分析能力;

4、细心、认真、负责。
