YOUR ROLE
Are you known for your equipment operation skills and passionate about warehouse logistics and organization? Do you enjoy working in a clean and efficient warehouse environment? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to execute essential operational processes and contribute to delivering results in a safe and efficient warehouse operation. The Material Handler under general supervision, distributes either production or non - production items and materials to various locations throughout the warehouse. Materials may consist of purchased parts, in process parts, or finished goods.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Move parts or finished product and delivers mail packages to various department locations and/or warehouse locations using an RF scanner.
- Maintain the required paperwork and documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with the specified procedures.
- Ensure work areas and other designated work areas are maintained in a safe and neat manner.
- Assist with the training and instruction of new employees who may be assigned to this area.
- Retrieve and count product to fulfill customer orders
- Participate in general housekeeping activity
- Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory.
- Responsible for supporting the Distribution process by receiving and transporting components to the floor in accordance with predetermined safety, quality, method and sequence standards.
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- High school diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and/or equivalent work experience
- Previous Material Handling experience (cherry/reach lift experience preferred)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standing and/or walking for entire shift and ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Bending and/or stooping repeatedly throughout shift
- Lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis
- Be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
