Responsibilities

  • Book orders for customers without Istore

  • Provide P&A within 4 hours

  • Warranty issues Management (CAPA and Tavant)

  • Non-Warranty issues Management

  • Check backlog on a daily basis to

  • Check credit hold (Majority of Customers in MEA are on low credit level, so orders are often on C/H)

  • Check reservation/order fulfilment

  • Analise orders lines and, Based on ship method/consolidation chosen by Customer requirements are

  •   Split Orders lines

  • Change CRD Based on Ship Method (that can occur across different orders – Note that this is a very long process-as data needs to be extracted from Qlik to ensure order lines are correctly modified before pick hold released)

  • Manually remove Pick Hold bit by bit to ensure correct R12/

  • Check orders packed, engage with GXO to obtain documentation

  • Request Shipping Instructions for orders packed, ensuring customer FF collects within 10 working days from release

  • Provide weekly Report on MEA Orders with invoicing forecast

 

Basic Qualification

Experience required 12-15 years
