Job Summary

Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for Instrument selection, sizing, and data sheet preparation .Review and understand the client requirements/specification, the complete scope of work and ensure to have them implemented

Responsibilities

  • Instrumentation Design and Detailed Engineering

  • Preparation of Instrument Datasheets

  • Preparation of Instrument JB wiring Drawings

  • Preparation of Instrument Hook-up Drawings

  • Preparation of Engineering Bill of Material

  • Preparation of Bulk Material Take Off list

  • Understanding Customer Specifications

  • P&ID Review

  • Participate in 3D model review

  • Preparation of Cable Tray Layout

  • Preparation of Cable Schedule

  • Technical Bid Evaluation

  • Review Instrument Vendor GA Drawings

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Instrumentation

  • 4 -6 years of professional experience in Process Instrumentation field.

  • Preferred candidate should have worked exclusively on all process instruments detailing, model selection, decoding and datasheet preparations.

  • Should have hands-on experience in leading the discussions of compatibility of all process instruments.

  • Experience in Oil & Gas/ Energy/Water treatment system package sectors will be an advantage.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in AutoCAD of E & I drawings preferred.

  • Should prepare Hook-up drawings of process instruments of all projects.
