Responsibilities

  • Function as key HR strategic business partner with senior business leadership teams to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies.
  • Be a credible coach and confidante to these leadership teams, as well as a strong employee advocate.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and counsel on matters related to talent, organizational structure, change management, DE&I, labor relations, employee engagement, etc.
  • Develop and execute HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, succession planning, talent management/acquisition, goal alignment, employee engagement, DE&I, compensation, hiring and communications.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on talent management/development and succession planning to ensure the right talent capabilities and bench strength are developed to support the business.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition COE to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Drive and enable cultural transformation to support a Progressive, Diverse, and Inclusive environment and company values.
  • Partner with finance and leadership to develop a sustainable strategic workforce plan for the organization.
  • Collaborate with other sector HR personnel to share best practices, critical needs issues, and sector initiatives.
  • Build and support an employee engagement strategy that facilitates organizational performance and enables successful organizational change.
  • Coach and advise on appropriate total rewards strategies, programs, and tools to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.

 

Basic Qualification

•    Bachelor’s Degree required (Human Resources focus areas preferred), Master’s Degree preferred
•    15+ years’ experience in the Human Resources preferred
•    SPHR/PHR certificate preferred•    Must possess strong skills/experience in business partnering
•    Must possess operational, analytical, project management, excel and M&A skills and experience in both the due diligence and integration stages of acquisitions.
•    Demonstrated ability to use data to diagnose, analyze and resolve problems and track progress on various HR initiatives.
•    Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change.
•    Strong talent management, leadership development, performance management, and org development experience.
•    Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned; can effectively utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills when needed
•    Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with all levels of the organization required
•    Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance
