Job Summary

Due to continued growth, we have a vacancy for a Junior Office Administrator at UAP Chester to support our busy service team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Service Team and Service Co-Ordinators
  • Answering telephone calls, screening calls, and supporting customers. Managing incoming emails and assisting with correspondence
  • General office duties, scanning, photocopying
  • Updating CRM system, progressing engineer’s reports
  • Dealing with suppliers to obtain quotations
  • Contacting customers to arrange for site visits and answer queries

 

Travel & Work Arrangements

Fully site based at Chester

 

Key Competencies

  • Good communication skills, written and verbally
  • Positive and proactive attitude, problem solving skills and a willingness to learn
  • Computer skills, experience of Microsoft office desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

 

What we Offer

  • Salary 16k – 21k dependant on experience
  • Opportunity for development and training
  • Working hours are 8:00am till 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays
