Warehouse Associate in Clearwater FL
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 830a - 5p, OT and Weekends as needed
Pay Start at $16+/hr. Depending on Experience

Role description:
To ensure the good condition and accuracy of the equipment and materials sent to tradeshows and events, so that the company’s image is represented at its best. To support the warehouse activities by performing duties such as shipping, inventory control, organizing, conversions, kit building, loading/unloading, receiving. Ensure these tasks are performed accurately and in a timely manner and adhere to company standards to gain greater customer satisfaction.
Objectives for the position of Warehouse Associate:
- Review, coordinate entry, pull and pack tradeshow orders, respecting deadlines. Keep records of it.
- Receive, inspect, repair and return all parts, units and booths to their appropriate site. Report any defective or damaged items.
- Order all needed supply to maintain adequate tradeshow inventory levels, and good functioning of equipment.
- Build, convert units or system requests, including demonstration clear cases for specific industry tradeshows.
- Work closely with the Sales and the Marketing group to prepare for Tradeshows and debrief after the events
- Implement changes as discussed with the team.
- Communicate with the trucking companies to ensure smooth logistics.
- Occasionally travel to tradeshow site to assist with set-up and tear-down, and manning the booth as needed.
- Be available outside of standard work hours for professional calls, or last minute/ rush tradeshow orders.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
Objectives for Warehouse Support:
Follow instructions from the warehouse supervisor regarding the priority of the following tasks :
- Assist with all shipping duties: Accurately pull parts/ units/ accessories using the WMS. Pack items in the most efficient way taking weight, dims, packing material into account. Verify order accuracy on air and international orders. Ship parcels using shipping software. Build and ship LTL shipments, fill out or process BOL’s.
- Assist with BOM’s, conversions and kit building, running BOM’s or adjustments through GP and Fascor. Move inventory to proper location.
- Assist with inventory control and organization: movement, locations, cycle counts, reporting of quality issues, packaging, and labeling.
- Assist with receiving/ unloading of containers.
- Load/ unload pallets from pallet racks and trucks manually, using forklift and pallet jack.
- Run errands as needed per management request.
Documentation and Computer proficiency:
- Ability to run inventory reports; understand and use GP and Fascor for warehouse activities, use BlueJay and shipping software for shipping; create and update files in Monday; use email, text, phone and Teams as means of communication with team members, vendors, customers; be proficient in word/excel for communication/ data recording and follow up.
Safety procedures and Policies:
- Operate equipment safely following rules. Only use equipment for which training was provided and/or certificate issued. Use common sense. Report any faulty equipment/ unsafe situation to management.
- Keep up with housekeeping to prevent hazards and keep work area and general warehouse tidy
- Participate in building maintenance as needed.
Inter-team communication:
- Be an active participant in team meetings by bringing issues/ ideas/ solutions to the table.
- Be a team player: pull weight where / when needed, balancing own priorities with team and company priorities.
- Communicate and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams regarding tradeshow schedules and orders. Participate in meetings to give/receive feedback and implement changes to rectify issues or improve process.
Position requirements:
- Position requires standing, walking, bending, pulling, pushing and lifting over extended periods of time.
