Job Summary:
To manage and control all store operations including receipt, storage, preservation, and issue of pump components, raw materials, spares, and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, cost optimization, and uninterrupted production support.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining SAP master and inventory management
- GRN posting in SAP against PO
- Material issue to production through SAP transactions
- Monitoring stock through SAP reports
- Batch management and FIFO control
- Physical stock verification and SAP reconciliation
- Handling RM, WIP and FG inventory
- Monitoring slow/non-moving inventory
- Coordination with production, purchase, planning and finance teams
- Maintaining bin location accuracy
- Vendors return and rejection stock handling
- Inventory ageing and stock valuation analysis
- Audit support and documentation
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Supply Chain Management
- 10-15 years experience in stores or warehouse management
- Experience in pump manufacturing / engineering industry preferred
Key competencies:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with pump components and engineering materials
- SAP MM proficiency
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
