Responsabilidades

  • Dar soporte a los Account Managers y Distribution Managers en tareas específicas de ventas o marketing cuando sea necesario.
  • Asegurar que toda la documentación (por ejemplo, pedidos de compra, registros de clientes) sea precisa y esté actualizada para permitir respuestas ágiles a consultas y cumplir con los procesos internos.
  • Proporcionar soporte integral en ventas a los Account Managers y Distribution Managers, incluyendo la gestión de consultas, solicitudes de precios, seguimiento de la cartera de pedidos y estado de los mismos.
  • Alcanzar o superar los objetivos individuales para contribuir al crecimiento global de ingresos.
  • Realizar actividades de prospección (incluyendo llamadas en frío) para identificar nuevas oportunidades y definir el enfoque comercial más adecuado en distintos sectores.
  • Utilizar herramientas digitales, innovación y tecnología para mejorar el rendimiento comercial y obtener mejores resultados de negocio.
  • Gestionar plataformas de compras: homologación de proveedores, carga y descarga de RFIs/RFQs.
  • Calificar y gestionar leads de forma eficaz para maximizar la conversión.
  • Mantener y actualizar regularmente Salesforce con información precisa de clientes, interacciones y necesidades.
  • Compartir buenas prácticas dentro del equipo de Sales Specialists y del equipo de Inside Sales para fomentar la mejora continua.
  • Contactar con los clientes para promocionar ofertas de servicios y apoyar el crecimiento de esta línea de negocio.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Inside Sales y coordinar el traspaso de ofertas complejas a Account Managers y Distribution Managers.
  • Gestionar el chat online y asegurar que todos los leads se registren en el CRM y se les haga seguimiento según el proceso estándar.
  • Comunicación trimestral con distribuidores mediante newsletters.
  • Revisar y aprobar traducciones para asegurar calidad y coherencia.

Perfil del candidato

Buscamos un perfil proactivo y orientado al cliente, con capacidad para asumir responsabilidad y conseguir resultados en un entorno dinámico. El puesto requiere buenas habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para establecer relaciones de trabajo eficaces e influir en distintos interlocutores, así como flexibilidad para adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes manteniendo un enfoque en resultados.

Requisitos 

  • Titulación universitaria en empresa, ingeniería o área relacionada.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas, ventas técnicas o entorno orientado a servicios (valorable conocimiento en aire comprimido o sectores afines).
  • Dominio de herramientas Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita, incluyendo atención telefónica.
  • Capacidad para entender y comunicar conceptos técnicos a distintos públicos de forma clara.
  • Nivel de inglés fluido (hablado y escrito, mínimo B2).
  • Experiencia con SAP (ERP) y Salesforce (CRM) será valorada.

Iberia Inside Sales Specialist  

Coslada (Madrid)

 Responsibilities: 

  • Support Account and Distribution Managers on specific sales or marketing as required.
  • Ensure that all documentation (e.g., purchase orders, customer records) is accurate and up to date to enable timely responses to inquiries and compliance with internal processes. 
  • Provide comprehensive sales support to Account and Distributor Managers, including handling sales inquiries, managing pricing requests, order book management and order status updates.
  • Achieve or exceed individual targets to support overall revenue growth.
  • Conduct prospecting activities (including cold calling) to identify new opportunities and define the most effective sales approach across diverse industries.
  • Leverage digital tools, innovations, and technology to enhance sales performance and drive business results.
  • Procurement platforms: supplier homologations, upload and download RFIs/RFQs.
  • Qualify and manage leads effectively to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain and regularly update Salesforce with accurate customer information, interaction, and needs. 
  • Share best practices within the Sales Specialist team and Inside Sales team to foster continuous improvement.
  • Connect with customers on service package offerings to drive services growth.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales team; coordinate hand-off complex quotes to Account and Distribution Managers. 
  • Manage online chat & ensure all leads are entered into CRM and followed up using standard work process.
  • Quarterly communication to distributors via newsletters.
  • Review and approve translations to ensure quality and consistency.

Candidate profile:

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused profile, able to take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build effective working relationships and influence stakeholders, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a results-driven mindset 

Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales/ technical sales and/or service-oriented environment (knowledge of compressed air or related sectors).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including effective telephone communication.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken - level B2)
  • Experience with SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM systems are preferred.
