 Job Summary

We are looking for a professional who provides internal and external sales support for the EMEIA Sales Division. Consults Product & Sales Management on their needs and offers creative ideas to support business growth. Maintains information for lead tracking & marketing databases.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Support Area Sales Managers, distributors, and customers with enquiries, quotations, orders, and communications.
  2. Coordinate sales events, training, factory visits, meetings, and trade shows.
  3. Support marketing, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.
  4. Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  5. Deliver customer and sales team support both remotely and onsite.
  6. Manage databases, commercial communications, and sales materials.
  7. Analyze sales performance and provide reporting to commercial leadership.
  8. Deliver training on sales tools and processes.
  9. Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement activities

 

 

Basic Qualifications / Key Competencies

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word)
  • Experience of SAP/Oracle or other ERP system
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

 

 

 Skills/Qualifications: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales/ technical sales and/or service-oriented environment (knowledge of compressed air or related sectors).
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  5. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including effective telephone communication.

        6. Fluency in English (written and spoken - level B2
