Como Responsable de Ventas de instalaciones y alquileres, serás liderarás la estrategia comercial de instalaciones y alquileres de compresores de aire en la región Iberia, maximizando ingresos, rentabilidad y satisfacción del cliente mediante soluciones técnicas adaptadas a sus necesidades. En colaboración con el equipo comercial, garantizarás el éxito de los proyectos industriales asignados. Reportarás directamente al Responsable de ventas del canal directo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan de ventas para instalaciones y alquileres de equipos de aire comprimido.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio en sectores industriales clave (automoción, alimentación, farmacéutico, etc.).
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta de alquileres: prospección, propuesta técnica, negociación y cierre juntamente con el departamento comercial.
  • Supervisar contratos de alquiler, asegurando cumplimiento de condiciones y seguimiento postventa.
  • Analizar especificaciones y requerimientos de proyectos o instalaciones junto con el comercial responsable.
  • Desarrollar soluciones constructivas que minimicen costos y simplifiquen la fabricación sin comprometer las especificaciones técnicas.
  • Consultar proveedores y subcontratistas para la ejecución de trabajos específicos.
  • Supervisar a los subcontratistas y asegurarse de que cumplan las especificaciones técnicas.
  • Elaborar cronogramas de ejecución de proyectos en colaboración con subcontratistas y unidades de fabricación del grupo.
  • Asistir a reuniones en el sitio del cliente con diferentes partes involucradas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos, costos y márgenes comerciales de los proyectos.
  • Participar en ferias, eventos y formaciones técnicas del sector.

  Perfil:

  •  Conocimientos en electricidad, mecánica, instalación general, ingeniería civil, hidráulica, neumática, adquisiciones y servicios.
  • Manejo de reglas de diseño industrial y normativas aplicables.
  • Capacidad para gestionar proyectos conforme a las especificaciones del cliente.
  • Garantizar seguridad industrial y cumplimiento de normativas.
  • Acompañar técnicos y comerciales en procesos de venta y ejecución.
  • Evaluar soluciones técnicas considerando calidad, costos y plazos.
  • Cumplir con normas de calidad.
  • Conocimientos de Inglés
  • Formación requerida: Conocimientos a nivel de ingeniería o similar
  • Disponibilidad para viajar por la región Iberia.

Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en un puesto similar

As the Sales Manager for Installations and Rentals, you will lead the commercial strategy for air compressor installations and rentals in the Iberia region, maximizing revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction through technical solutions tailored to their needs. In collaboration with the sales team, you will ensure the success of assigned industrial projects. You will report directly to the Direct Channel Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales plan for air compressor installations and rentals.

  • Identify business opportunities in key industrial sectors (automotive, food, pharmaceutical, etc.).

  • Manage the full rental sales cycle: prospecting, technical proposal, negotiation, and closing in coordination with the sales department.

  • Oversee rental contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and post-sales follow-up.

  • Analyze project or installation specifications and requirements together with the responsible salesperson.

  • Develop constructive solutions that minimize costs and simplify manufacturing without compromising technical specifications.

  • Consult suppliers and subcontractors for the execution of specific tasks.

  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure they meet technical specifications.

  • Prepare project execution schedules in collaboration with subcontractors and the group’s manufacturing units.

  • Attend on-site client meetings with various stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and commercial margins of projects.

  • Participate in trade fairs, events, and technical training sessions in the sector.

Profile:

  • Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, general installation, civil engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, procurement, and services.

  • Familiarity with industrial design rules and applicable regulations.

  • Ability to manage projects according to client specifications.

  • Ensure industrial safety and regulatory compliance.

  • Support technicians and salespeople in sales and execution processes.

  • Evaluate technical solutions considering quality, costs, and timelines.

  • Comply with quality standards.

  • English knowledgement.

  • Required education: Engineering-level knowledge or equivalent.

  • Availability to travel within the Iberia region.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
