Position Overview: 

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Qlik Dashboard Specialist to join our Customer Data Analytics team. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining advanced dashboards in Qlik, enabling Marketing Managers and Business Unit Directors to analyze user behavior and performance across digital channels. 

The ideal candidate will work closely with data analysts to ensure seamless integration of data from Snowflake and other sources. This position is part of a global team, requiring flexibility with schedules and strong cross-cultural collaboration skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop interactive and insightful dashboards in Qlik based on business requirements. 
  • Collaborate with data analysts to ensure proper data modeling and integration from Snowflake and other platforms. 
  • Translate complex datasets into clear visual stories that support decision-making. 
  • Monitor, maintain and optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on dashboard designs. 
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data visualizations. 
  • Support analytics requests via JIRA, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. 
  • Participate in global team meetings and collaborate across time zones. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven expertise in Qlik Sense (design, scripting, data modeling, visualization). 
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with Snowflake. 
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical dashboard solutions. 
  • Experience working with marketing or digital analytics data is a strong plus. 
  • Familiarity with JIRA for task and request management. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English. 
  • Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented. 
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, global environment. 
  • Respectful of cultural diversity and flexible with international team schedules. 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team workshops or stakeholder meetings.
