Descripción del empleo

El Inside Sales será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y gestionar ofertas técnicas para sistemas de compresores de aire, asegurando soluciones óptimas que cumplan con los requisitos técnicos, normativos y de calidad. Además, coordinar la ejecución de proyectos de instalación, supervisando subcontratas, documentando el proceso y gestionando las certificaciones necesarias ante organismos oficiales.

 

Funciones

  1. Diseño y Ofertas Técnicas:

Analizar las necesidades del cliente y elaborar propuestas técnicas adaptadas a sus requerimientos.Diseñar instalaciones de compresores de aire, incluyendo dimensionamiento, selección de equipos y diseño de planos técnicos (2D y 3D). Preparar documentación técnica detallada para las ofertas comerciales, como memorias descriptivas, diagramas de flujo y presupuestos.

 

  1. Ejecución y Supervisión de Proyectos:

Planificar y supervisar la ejecución de instalaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y estándares de calidad. Coordinar con subcontratas para el montaje e instalación de sistemas, garantizando el alineamiento con los diseños y especificaciones técnicas. Realizar visitas a obra para verificar avances y solucionar incidencias técnicas.

 

  1. Documentación y Normativa:

Generar toda la documentación técnica requerida (manuales, planos finales, certificados). Gestionar los trámites de certificación y legalización de las instalaciones ante organismos de industria, cumpliendo con normativas locales y estándares internacionales.

 

Requisitos

Formación:

Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o similar. Formación complementaria en diseño CAD y normativas aplicables (ISO 8573, directiva ATEX, etc.).

 

Experiencia:

Al menos 3 años en diseño de instalaciones industriales o gestión de proyectos similares.

Experiencia en gestión de subcontratas y coordinación de equipos.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

Diseño y cálculo de sistemas de aire comprimido. Manejo avanzado de software de diseño (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, o similares). Conocimiento de normativas industriales y certificaciones aplicables. Herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

 

Idiomas:

Nivel de inglés alto o muy alto (B2-C1 mínimo), imprescindible para trabajar con documentación técnica y posibles clientes internacionales.

Competencias:

Orientación al cliente y capacidad para entender necesidades técnicas específicas. Habilidades organizativas y de planificación. Resolución de problemas y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. Comunicación efectiva con equipos internos, subcontratas y clientes.

Job Summary

The Inside Sales will be responsible for designing, developing and managing technical offers for air compressor systems, ensuring optimal solutions that meet technical, regulatory and quality requirements. In addition, coordinate the execution of installation projects, supervising subcontractors, documenting the process and managing the necessary certifications with official authorities.

 

Responsibilities

1. Design and Technical Offers:

Analyze customer needs and prepare technical proposals tailored to their requirements. Design air compressor installations, including sizing, equipment selection and design of technical drawings (2D and 3D). Prepare detailed technical documentation for commercial offers, such as descriptive memories, flow diagrams and budgets.

 

2. Project Execution and Supervision:

Plan and supervise the execution of installations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors for the assembly and installation of systems, ensuring alignment with designs and technical specifications. Make site visits to verify progress and resolve technical issues.

 

3. Documentation and Regulations:

Generate all required technical documentation (manuals, final drawings, certificates). Manage the certification and legalization procedures of the installations before industry organizations, complying with local regulations and international standards.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

 

Education:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar. Additional training in CAD design and applicable regulations (ISO 8573, ATEX directive, etc.).

 

Experience:

At least 3 years in industrial facility design or similar project management.

Experience in subcontract management and team coordination.

 

Technical knowledge:

Design and calculation of compressed air systems. Advanced handling of design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Knowledge of industry standards and applicable certifications. Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Languages:

High or very high level of English (B2-C1 minimum), essential for working with technical documentation and potential international clients.

Skills:

Customer orientation and ability to understand specific technical needs. Organizational and planning skills. Problem solving and ability to work under pressure. Effective communication with internal teams, subcontractors and customers.
