Role Objective
Drive aftermarket sales (spare parts, services, contracts) of industrial equipment, managing pricing, direct-channel inventory, sales force training, and analysis of KPIs such as fill rate, hit rate, and product margin.
Responsibilites

Achieve order, billing, and margin targets in aftermarket sales.

Manage the pricing scheme for service contracts.

Keep sales policy dashboards updated, as well as customer lists and distributor contact records.

Conduct aftermarket inventory and turnover analysis in direct channels.

Develop strategies to reduce inventory in direct channels. Control and monitor rebate plans with distributors.

Train the sales force on aftermarket products.

Manage Salesforce.

Maintain direct relationships with representatives and distributors to boost sales.

Constantly interact with support areas of different brands and plants globally.

Schedule the annual calendar of publications and promotions.

Prepare sales and activity reports, presentations, studies, and surveys as requested.

Support regional marketing activities.

Identify business opportunities from the installed base (installed base management).

Monitor key KPIs: fill rate, hit rate, and product margin.

Manage VOC (Voice of Customer) to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales.

University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.

Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced PowerPoint / Advanced Excel / Outlook.

SAP and Salesforce are desirable.

Intermediate to Advanced English, allowing verbal and written communication.

Must hold a valid US visa.

Must have availability for international travel approximately 70% of the time annually.

Experience in rotating industrial equipment (vacuum, compression, blowers, pumps).

Soft Skills: good communication, synthesis ability, proactive, self-motivated, easy to deal with, commitment (confidentiality), persuasion, negotiation.

Teamwork culture.

Desirable: proficiency in tools such as Power BI.
