Customer Centre Manager, East Malaysia

Ingersoll-Rand is seeking for a talented individual to join our team as Customer Center Manager.  This position, based in East Malaysia, will lead the branch operations, be accountable for sales growth, oversee the commercial operations across East Malaysia region. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow business volumes (for completes equipment, parts and services sales) and handle marketing sales activities.
  • Responsible for sales and revenue of branch
  • Ensure monthly AR collection targets are achieved
  • Manage monthly sales forecast, pipeline reviews and services performance meeting to ensure planned strategies are implemented and executed.
  • Ensure branch operations comply with company policies, financial controls and ESH standards and statutory requirement
  • Manage relationship with key customers in East Malaysia, including the alignment of branch organization with customer expectation in the area such as ESH, pricing, delivery and etc.
  • Identify new market opportunities, key accounts and growth segments in the region.
  • Responsible to set up new Customer Centre in East Malaysia & be involved in all activities from start to operations.  

 

 Requirement:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)/Business with minimum 8 years of working experiences in related field and proven record in managing a successful sales team
  • Applicants must be willing to work in East Malaysia & travel as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to inspire respect and trust from others
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate ability to lead boldly and collaboratively
