The role provides direct and indirect senior leadership across demand planning, inventory management, product portfolio alignment, supply planning, procurement, and supply chain risk management. This leader will partner with commercial, operations, finance, quality, and site leadership teams to translate business strategy into practical supply chain priorities, standards, and measurable results.
This senior supply chain leader will directly lead a multi-layered, global supply chain team while also influencing broader cross-functional teams, site leadership, and key business stakeholders. The leader must demonstrate the capability to lead through others, build organizational depth, establish common operating standards, and create a culture of high performance across Supply Chain Planning, Scheduling, Purchasing, Inventory, and supplier execution. Additionally, the Supply Chain leader will be expected to develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, strengthen talent and succession capability within the organization, and lead continuous improvement efforts that improve service, inventory, cost, and business performance.

This includes all items within the FCS division used to manufacture finished goods, distributed products, subcontracting, and outsourcing.
- Lead product planning optimization by aligning supply priorities with revenue, absorption, inventory, and service targets by period.
- Lead cross-functional work teams to eliminate root causes of supply chain inefficiencies, material constraints, excess inventory, and out-of-stock situations, while establishing sustainable corrective actions and governance.
Additional Responsibilities
- Establish and govern key performance measurements, benchmarking metrics, operating reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve service, inventory, cost, supplier performance, and process quality on a continual basis.
- Lead supply chain risk management by identifying risks affecting supply, manufacturing, delivery, quality, and customer demand. Develop mitigation plans, escalation paths, and preventive actions that protect customer service and business continuity.
- Develop direct reports and broader supply chain talent by setting clear expectations, coaching leaders, building succession depth, and creating an environment where team members understand how their work contributes to business results.
- Sponsor and lead strategic supply chain projects that improve the global supply chain organization, strengthen cross-site synchronization, standardize core processes, and deliver measurable business impact.
