Job Summary

This role combines service leadership with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Durban branch. The Branch Manager is accountable for leading the service technicians, managing operations, and ensuring consistent delivery to customers. The role is hands-on and requires a strong balance of technical understanding, people leadership, and operational control. You will be the leader on site, setting the standard and ensuring the branch runs efficiently, safely, and with strong operational control, while working closely with sales, finance, and support teams to deliver overall performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Relevant technical, engineering, or trade qualification preferred
  • 5–10 years’ experience in a technical or service environment, ideally within industrial products
  • Proven experience leading and managing a technical team
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, development, and performance management
  • Practical understanding of service operations and customer requirements
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage customers, technicians, and internal teams

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Flexible working, 50% travel
