Wij zoeken een gedreven, doelgerichte en gemotiveerde Technical Sales Engineer (Service en Aftermarket) die technische cases binnen “Compresed Air”en “Air Treatment” kan vertalen naar maatwerkoplossingen. Je werkt in een team van gemotiveerde (senior) Service Field Engineers op het gebied van Perslucht/Luchtbehandeling/gasbehandelings installaties.

ALGEMEEN

De Technical Sales Engineer (Service en Aftermarket) gebruikt zijn technische kennis en wordt enthousiast van het ontwikkelen en beheren van de ‘Installed Base’ door middel van prestatie-evaluaties voor op maat gemaakte samengestelde productpakketten, het verkopen en promoten van reserveonderdelen, preventieve onderhoudsprogramma's, upgrades van controllers en service-contracten en het uitbreiden van het internationale klantenbestand met focus op de EMEIA-regio.

 

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Uitvoeren van pro-actief Installed Base en Performance Management op EMEA geïnstalleerde dehydratie- en filtratiesystemen en speciale gastoepassingen,
  • Feedback geven over de status van Installed Base / prestatiegegevens aan AFT, Manager en RSM's,
  • Vertalen van klantvragen, informatie en verzoeken naar het Serviceteam en vice versa,
  • Op een efficiënte en snelle manier aanbieden van offertes met prijs, doorlooptijd en betalingsvoorwaarden voor reserveonderdelen,
  • Contact onderhouden met andere interne afdelingen zoals service field engineers, inkoop, engineering, productie en buitenlandse IR locaties,
  • Feedback geven op markt- en concurrentieontwikkelingen,
  • Adviseren van het management, ander verkooppersoneel, klanten en potentiële klanten over alle problemen die van invloed kunnen zijn op de levering of prestaties van de installed base.

 

VAARDIGHEDEN

  • Uitstekende verkoop- en klantenservice-vaardigheden met een bewezen vermogen om technische producten uit te leggen aan niet-technisch publiek,
  • Vaardigheden om engineering, technologie of andere gerelateerde principes toe te passen om gegevens te vertalen in S&A-verkopen,
  • Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden,
  • In staat om onder deadlines te werken, prioriteiten te stellen en op tijd resultaten te leveren,
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels. Duits en Frans zijn een pré,
  • Kennis van ERP systemen (bij voorkeur MFG pro of SAP) en zorgdragen voor een perfecte afstemming met het supply chain team,
  • Uitstekende teamspeler en klantgericht,
  • Jager/aannemer mentaliteit.

 

OPLEIDING EN ERVARING

  • HBO-Werktuigbouwkunde/Mechatronica, of gerelateerd werkgebied met gelijkwaardige ervaring(en)
  • Meer dan vijf jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in perslucht- of compressortechnologie of aanverwant gebied
  • Kennis van maatwerk van skid packages, pompen, drukvaten en filtering conform internationaal geldende ontwerpcodes is een pré
  • Rijbewijs B

 

 

Technical Sales Engineer (Service and Aftermarket)

 

We are looking for a driven, focused, and motivated Technical Sales Engineer (Service and Aftermarket) who can translate technical cases within Compressed Air & Air treatment into customized solutions and work in a team of motivated (senior) Service Field Engineers in the Compressed Air/Air treatment business/gas treatment.

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Technical Sales Engineer (Service and Aftermarket) willl use his technical knowledge and feel excitement on developing and managing the installed base by performance evaluations for customised engineered products packages, sell and promote spare parts, preventive maintenance programs, controller upgrades and service contracts, and growing the international client base with focus on the EMEA-region.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executing pro-active Installed Base and Performance Management on EMEA installed Dehydration & Filtration systems and special gas applications
  • Provide status of Installed Base / performance data feedback to AFT, Manager and RSM’s,
  • Translate customer questions, information and inquiries to the Service team and vice versa
  • Providing quotations with price, lead time, and payment terms, for spare parts in an efficient and responsive manner
  • Liaising with other internal departments such as service field engineers, purchasing, engineering,  production and foreign IR locations
  • Provide applicable market and competitive feedback
  • Advise management, other sales personnel, customers and potential customers on any issues that may impact the delivery or performance of installed base

 

SKILLS

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to translate data in S&A sales
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines, prioritize and deliver results on time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English, German and French are an advantage
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably MFG pro or SAP) and liaise perfectly with supply chain team
  • Excellent team player and customer oriented
  • Hunter/contractor mentality

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics, or related field record of equivalent experience(s)
  • Five year plus of relevant experience, preferably in Compressed Air or Compressor technology or related field
  • Knowledge of customization of skid packages, pumps, pressure vessels and filtering complying with internationally applicable design codes is an advantage
  • Driver’s license B
  • Willing to travel within the EMEA region
