Job Summary

The Aftermarket Development Manager will be responsible for further developing the Aftermarket Business across the Air Treatment Distribution segment. The role also includes the development and launch of new aftermarket products and services and their strategies enabling successful market introductions for the EMEIA Region, providing added value to the Customers through technical, commercial and partnership skills.

Based in Fogliano (Italy), the role includes the responsibility for different Air Treatment Businesses belonging to Ingersoll Rand Company.

 

Responsibilities

Analyzing current Aftermarket business and detect improvement needs. Development and presentation of new products and services.

·       Creating and developing Processes and Strategies to increase profitable Sales throughout the EMEIA Region

·       Structural implementation and launch of newly developed products and services

·       Identifying potential opportunities with existing customers and the acquisition of new customers, resellers, and distributors to meet strategic business objectives.

·       Creating, developing and maintaining a profitable sales and service network with current and potential Customers.

·       Implementing Aftermarket strategies, coordinating and giving proper Support to Sales and Service Teams through EMEIA Region.

 

Basic Qualifications

(Essential qualifications, language, driving licence etc)

  Post-secondary school degree: (technical degree will be considered positively), plus a bachelor’s or education in sales of technical products

·       Previous experience in similar Roles, with demonstrated experience in business development through strategical mindset;

·       Excellent project management, sales and interpersonal skills.

·       Sales experience in industrial environment (compressed air industry is preferable).

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Flexible working, extensive travelling (up to 50%) through EMEA Region.
