Customer Experience Supervisor

Job Summary:

Position is responsible for the management and process control of all internal sales and administration with focus on sales order booking and execution of sales order as per customer requirement. Ensures monthly targets, sales revenue and order inflow targets are achieved. Create and ensure reports are maintained as necessary to track, inquiries, sales order, budget, as well as account status. The position will involve day to day deal with internal sales team, Finance team, End User customers as well as authorised Distributors

 

Your Responsibilities:

Policy and Processes:  

  • Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve tracking sales order and remove waste from system.
  • Implements policies and procedures for timely & accurate ERP reports, backlog & revenue forecast management.

 

Budgets and Forecasts:

  • Ensure generation of sales revenue as per targets.
  • Liaise with Units sales team to capture spares revenue from current and new customers.
  • Prepares appropriate sales forecasts & distributes accordingly.
  • Develop and implement processes to increase revenue.

Service:

  • Ensures continuing contact with customers and selected distributors in order to improve quality of response, issue resolution and the Division’s reputation as a reliable partner in business.
  • Provide guidance to procurement on correct stock holding.

 

Management

  • Develops and maintains a competent workforce through recruitment, training, coaching, establishing goals and objectives.
  • Must have the ability to work with cross functional team and result oriented in desired time frame.

 

Job Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience in internal sales management (Essential)
  • 5 years supervisory experience (Essential)

 

Job related skills:

Ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization, distributors, customers, vendors etc (Essential)

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Essential)

Experience of using ERP- SAP/ Oracle system (Essential) , Syspro software (Desirable )

Knowledge and Experience in Import and Export transactions

Experience in People Management

Exposure to manufacturing environment will be preferred.

 

Education

Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)

Engineering bachelor’s degree/ Graduate in any function (Essential)

National Diploma in business, finance, and management (Desirable)
