Job Summary

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing business looking to expand our talented Power Tools team. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our HR team. This individual will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent while also handling key HR responsibilities.

You will be part of our global HR team for our Power Tools business, reporting to Caroline Graffman, HRBP PTL EMEIA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate placement.
  • Conduct interviews using various techniques (e.g., behavioural, competency-based) to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit to enable high quality talent to impact our business.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices, and to build up a strong candidate base to be able to improve Time to fill year over year will be crucial to succeed in this role.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality candidates, this includes to manage candidate pipelines, keeping both candidates and hiring managers informed at every stage, including ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including background verification and reference checks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, performance management, HR admin and employee engagement.

Key Competencies & Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong track record of hiring top talent across various sectors.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical abilities and cultural fit.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices, Success Factor knowledge is meriting.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and experience with general HR tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and local language Hindi.
  • We appreciate your ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive candidate and company information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or proven relevant experience.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields is a plus.
