Job Summary

Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the application and engineering activities for ETO Solutions Projects in Sahibabad plant. This includes identifying potential customer requirements. Providing timely quotes based on the concept developed, ensure cost effective designs are made and provided on time for execution.   

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage leads and opportunities to quotation

  • Lead the applications team to ensure the best offers are made to the customer

  • Maintain and analyze the Solutions Quote data

  • Ensure that the customer requirements are clearly understood during handover.

  • Lead the design team to ensure timely release of designs satisfying the customer requirements

  • Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities for ETO solutions

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in design of ergonomic handling systems and / or assembly systems

  • Bachelor or preferably Master in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering

  • Good level of English, spoken and written

  • MS Office usage

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Onsite and Customer & Supplier visit as required.
