 Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory records in ERP/WMS systems. You will collaborate with courier and transport companies, handle shipping and receiving tasks, and help maintain a clean and efficient logistics area. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics or warehousing, is proficient with warehouse systems and scanning equipment, and demonstrates strong organizational skills. Forklift certification and English language proficiency are considered assets, especially in our international work environment.

Responsibilities

  •          Receiving deliveries of goods and materials.
  •          Verifying deliveries against documentation (quantity, quality, condition).
  •          Preparing and packing shipments for dispatch.
  •          Creating shipping documents (waybills, invoices, labels).
  •          Coordinating with courier and transport companies.
  •          Maintaining warehouse records and updating ERP/WMS systems.
  •          Keeping the receiving and shipping areas organized and clean.
  •          Reporting damages, shortages, or discrepancies.

 Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to operate scanners and computers.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency often required (especially in international companies).
  • Forklift license (a plus).

 Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site based.

  •          Problem-Solving – Ability to identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages effectively.
  •          Team Collaboration – Working well with warehouse staff, couriers, and other departments.
  •          Adaptability – Flexibility in handling dynamic logistics environments and unexpected challenges.
