Web Experience & Digital Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities 

Web Experience & Conversion Optimization 

  • Audit and optimize end-to-end user journeys across multiple brand websites 

  • Identify friction points, drop-offs, and conversion barriers 

  • Redesign navigation, page structure, CTAs, and form flows to increase lead generation 

  • Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns, product lines, and target segments 

 

SEO Strategy & Execution 

  • Define and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business goals 

  • Conduct keyword research and build content clusters to drive targeted traffic 

  • Optimize on-page SEO elements (metadata, headers, internal linking, structured data) 

  • Ensure content is optimized for AI-driven search (AEO / LLM visibility) 

 

Performance & Analytics 

  • Own and track key website KPIs: traffic, rankings, conversion rates, lead quality 

  • Use GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SemrushAhrefs) to derive insights 

  • Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to stakeholders 

  • Identify data gaps, tracking issues, and optimization opportunities 

 

Web Operations & Team Leadership 

  • Lead and develop the web operations team 

  • Define priorities, improve processes, and ensure high-quality execution 

  • Own CMS governance, documentation standards, and best practices 

 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Partner with Marketing, Demand Generation, and Business Units 

  • Align website strategy with campaigns, launches, and commercial priorities 

  • Translate digital performance data into business insights for leadership 

 

 

What We’re Looking For 

Required 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web, UX, or growth roles 

  • Proven success in improving SEO performance and conversion rates 

  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO and website optimization 

  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools 

  • Experience optimizing websites for AI search (AEO / LLM readiness) 

  • Strong UX instincts and ability to diagnose and fix conversion issues 

  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore) 

  • Leadership experience or strong potential to lead a team 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in B2B, life sciences, or industrial sectors 

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation tools 

  • Experience with CRO methodologies (A/B testing, heatmaps, experimentation) 

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

Salary Range

Monthly salary ranges from 14,500 PLN to 24,000 PLN (gross).
