Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to support the execution of Engineer-To-Order (ETO) projects. The role involves coordinating technical and operational activities from order intake to final delivery, ensuring that customer-specific requirements are met in terms of quality, timing, and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing ETO projects from design phase through production and delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, production, and logistics teams to align project milestones
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delays
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation, project schedules, and cost tracking
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Participate in customer meetings and support the resolution of technical and operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in project execution

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
  • Experience or internship in project management or technical coordination, preferably in ETO or manufacturing environments
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
  • Good command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP systems)
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude
