Job Summary: As a M&A, you will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of your assigned business line. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage key customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence while aligning with the broader goals of the organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Support M&A Synergy Planning and Execution:
    Assist in the end-to-end monitoring, tracking, and execution of merger and acquisition (M&A) synergy business case plans to ensure the realization of projected value creation. Partner with business leaders and functional teams to identify synergy opportunities, track financial and operational benefits, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and integration timelines.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration for Integration Success:
    Work closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders to review the IDM, evaluate progress and develop actionable plans to address gaps. Facilitate regular discussions and governance reviews to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of integration initiatives.

  • Coordinate Functional Integration Activities:
    Serve as a central point of contact between multiple functions and business units throughout the integration lifecycle. Ensure timely completion of critical integration deliverables by tracking dependencies, escalating issues, facilitating decision-making, and driving accountability across teams while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and integration objectives.

  • Performance Tracking, Reporting, and Action Plan Management:
    Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports highlighting top-line growth, bottom-line impact, synergy realization, and overall performance of M&A initiatives. 

  • Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication:
    Develop and present integration updates, performance dashboards, and progress reviews to senior leadership and project governance teams. Communicate critical milestones, risks, mitigation plans, and financial outcomes to support informed decision-making and ensure transparency throughout the integration process.

  • Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:
    Contribute to the enhancement of M&A integration methodologies, reporting frameworks, governance processes, and tracking mechanisms. Identify opportunities to improve integration effectiveness, accelerate synergy capture, and drive sustainable business performance following acquisitions.
