Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets (revenue, units, margin) for assigned products and markets
- Develop and execute the Vietnam sales and market development plan
- Manage key accounts and strategic customers across industrial segments
- Establish, manage, and develop dealers/distributors nationwide
- Provide technical and commercial support for complex sales opportunities
- Conduct market, competitor, and segment analysis; propose growth actions
- Plan and support marketing activities (seminars, exhibitions, demos)
- Maintain accurate forecasting, and regular reporting to management
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years in industrial / technical B2B sales
- 3+ years in a senior sales, product, or business development role
- Proven experience with capital equipment and industrial customers
- Experience managing key accounts, and distribution channels
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
travel frequently within Vietnam

- Comfortable working in a multinational, KPI driven environment
