The Air Compressors Sales Solutions Consultant is responsible for driving sales growth by providing tailored compressed air solutions to industrial and commercial clients. This role combines technical expertise with consultative selling skills to identify customer needs, design solutions, and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Solution Design & Technical Consultation:
    • Assess customer requirements and conduct air system surveys.
    • Recommend appropriate air compressor systems, accessories, and aftermarket services.
    • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and scope of supply documents.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Post-Sales Support:
    • Coordinate with engineering and service teams for installation and commissioning.
    • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues promptly.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years in technical sales, preferably in air compressors or industrial equipment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical knowledge of air compressor systems and applications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
