Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries.
• Process and validate vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer receipts.
• Prepare customer invoices and related documentations for domestic as well export shipments
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor receivables and support collections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and finance projects.
• Supports special projects on as needed basis

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP (Tally preferred)/accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

• Primarily office-based role in Hyderabad.
• Occasional travel is required.
