Job Summary 

 

We are actively seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing endeavors in APAC (excl. China). This role will concentrate on driving both social media organic & paid strategies, as well as managing PPC campaigns across various search engines, with a particular emphasis on proficiency with Naver. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the unique digital milieu of South East and North Asia and will be responsible for devising and fine-tuning marketing strategies to connect with the region’s distinct audiences. 

As a key member of the global Center of Excellence team, the successful candidate will act as a pivotal link between our APAC initiatives and the other international team members, ensuring alignment and integration of strategies across our global operations. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Craft and implement digital marketing strategies specific to the South East/North Asian markets, prioritizing social media organic & paid avenues and search engine platforms, including Naver, Kakao Talk and Line. 

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on different search engines to maximize performance and achieve marketing objectives. 

  • Create social media strategies that enhance organic reach alongside managing paid advertising efforts to bolster brand awareness and user engagement. 

  • Employ analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. 

  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends within South East/North Asia and evolve marketing tactics to take advantage of new opportunities. 

  • Strong collaboration with local business units for campaign optimization. 

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key digital partners, platforms, and influencers within the region.  

  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. 

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with specific skills in social media organic & paid strategies, and search engine advertising. 

  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, search engines, and digital advertising strategies. 

  • Proficiency in English and at least one South East/North Asian language, with exemplary communication skills. 

  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting to guide strategic decisions. 

  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed campaign targets. 

 

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements 

Remote-based, might require travel to other countries (China/Poland) a few times in the year. 

 

Key Competencies 

  • Strong Expertise in running campaigns in Google Ads 

  • Good Expertise in running Linkedin Ads campaigns 

  • Expertise in Local Social Media Organic Channels (e.g. Line, Kakao Talk, Naver) 

  • 4+ years in the above-mentioned fields, preferably with marketing agency background.
