The selected incumbent is accountable to generate profitable sales revenue, broaden sales coverage, establish new channel partners & customers. He/she will be responsible for both completes equipment sales and aftermarket sales for compressed air systems.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners.
- Manage sales activities of partners by creating and executing business plans to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
- Analyse market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand presence.
- Evaluate partner sales performance, recommend improvements, educate about product portfolio and service offerings.
- Address partner related issues such as sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
- Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing, and other events to develop positive relationships and partners and customers.
- Work closely with supply chain management, sales support and project engineer and order fulfilment team.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with sales experience selling industrial products
- Possess relevant channel/distributor management experience
- Driving license & own vehicle
- Fluent in English
