Job Overview:
Provide sales and customer support of Maximum Ag Technologies products to swine and poultry operations throughout your assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the expanding and developing sales market within your region.
- Provide intensive guidance and follow-up to our distributors, in order to achieve a maximum market coverage and market penetration.
- Follow-up with key accounts/integrators in your area.
- Analyze our market position in your region and achieve optimum info through relationships and communication with distributors and key accounts.
- Close cooperation with all Max Ag Tech departments and distributers to help provide the best project solutions, fully meeting the requirements of the end user of our products.
- You play a coordinating role in the execution and follow-up of these projects.
- You will be responsible for the assigned region.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree
- Require 50-75% travel.
Core Competencies:
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of all Max Ag products and provide professional, courteous customer service to external customers, including troubleshooting technical equipment issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, dealers, retailers, and key influencers through direct farm visits, cold-calling, and consultative selling.
- Organize and lead sales meetings, training seminars, and customer events to promote products and educate current and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with stakeholders to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
- Perform timely price quoting in alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members while complying with all company procedures and standards.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports (expenses, sales/service updates) by 9 AM every Monday as directed by the supervisor.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
- Up to 50-75% overnight travel is common with this role.
