Reporting to the FPA Coordinator, the FP&A Analyst works closely with senior management to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with financial modeling, core strategy and supporting financial activities to establish and follow robust process across the region.
As part of this role, the FP&A Analyst needs to drive and implement best practices, looking for data management improvements, optimizing process and support the business to overperform the goals.
The FP&A Analyst performs a wide range of duties that may include, but are not limited to:
· Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to a long-term financial and strategic plan.
· Producing models to project long-term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
· Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
· Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results and margin deviation.
· Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
· Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability.
· Support the Annual Operation Plan and Forecast throughout the year with proper assumptions.
· Work in tune with the Corporate Areas to assure the right guidance has been replicated to the region.
· Work closely to areas of Cash and P&L impacts to ensure SBU goals will be achieved.
· Work with FP&A LATAM to support in the process consolidation always attending corporate deadlines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related areas
· 5+ years of financial or similar experience
· Fluence English +
· MS Office skills are required
· Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
· Strong skill to adapt himself to the constantly company changes.
· Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
· Must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
