RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. 为客户提供报价，与国内、外工厂沟通获得备件价格、零件号等相关信息
  2. 将报价和备件订单输入系统
  3. 跟踪备件订单、发货和客户付款
  4. 与客户进行电话沟通获取更多备件销售机会
  5. 为主任、备件销售员、服务工程师提供全方位支持
  6. 全程跟踪和处理离心机索赔业务，包括索赔订单输入系统并跟踪发货和现场服务等
  7. 推广离心机售后服务产品，如服务合同、大修、动平衡等
  8. 与客户进行电话沟通，负责确认客户信息，协调开机，统计开机费等
  9. 服务派工，开call，工单，文件记录，归档及调查客户满意度等

 

Qualifications:

  1. 大学专科以上学历，理工科专业优先
  2. 较好的中英文沟通和表达能力
  3. 注重工作细节
  4. 较高工作热情和很好的执行力
  5. 对离心机整机，备件产品以及MFG/PRO系统有一定的了解
  6. 熟练操作办公软件
