We are is looking for a Trade Qualified Mechanical Service Technician to join our high-performing Sydney team as a Field Service Technician. If you're confident in mechanical systems and enjoy variety in your work, this role offers the perfect mix of independence, support, and technical challenge.

Working Monday to Friday (approx. 7:30 am to 3:30 pm), you’ll be servicing equipment across greater Sydney – with a modern, fully equipped service vehicle and all the tools you need.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Servicing and repairing air compressors and diesel generators with a focus on Mechanical systems

  • Fault-finding and responding to breakdowns at customer sites

  • Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections

  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to recommend system improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised mechanical trade qualification

  • Mechanical experience or aptitude (e.g., diesel engines, compressors, pumps)

  • Valid driver’s licence current driver’s licence

  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

  • A safety-first attitude and good communication skills

  • Experience with generators or compressors (advantageous but not essential)
