The Warehouse Coordinator is an integral part of a dynamic and a highly communicative cross-functional team environment working together to build seamless environment. This position involves detailed interaction with. It involves communicating clearly with all internal departments within the company on a daily basis. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work under general supervision of more experienced Technicians or Manufacturing Supervison supporting warehouse and production activities.
  • Comply with cGMP regulations, adhere to KSE SCIENTIFIC policies, and adhere to KSE SCIENTIFIC SOP and Batch Record directions.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in a manner that complies with Good Documentation Practices as tasks are performed.
  • Perform housekeeping, plant upkeep, and sanitization activities throughout receiving, shipping and production area as required.
  • Receive inbound deliveries by unloading and confirming accuracy of items being received.
  • Conduct a positive attitude while communicating with customers.
  • Attention to detail: read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
  • Knowledge of postal or commercial shipping methods and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Keep delivery vehicles clean and free of unnecessary debris. Report any problems with vehicles at time of noticing problems
  • Conduct cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Utilize the ERP system to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and generate reports for management review.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory data within the ERP system to ensure alignment with physical stock counts.

Requirements: 

  • US Citizenship
  •  ERP experience,
  • Minimum of High School Diplomacy or equivalent GED
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to bend, stoop or lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds; stand and walk continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.

Preferred Qualifications

  • <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman" , serif;">Syteline CSI experience preferred
  • <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman" , serif;">Experience working in a manufacturing environment

This position will be based at our corporate offices in Durham and Lillington, NC.
