Job Summary
Implement and maintain Quality management system based on set goals in accordance with planned and projected cost for quality per customer requirements and with usage of statistical/analytical tools, Product audits and with   other methodologies. Assure ISO EN 9001- 2015 Edition systems management and it’s effectivity with focus to continues improvement. 

 

Responsibilities
•    Drive key behaviors and action, which are necessary to develop and drive a quality culture.
•    Manage and maintain Quality System in accordance with ISO EN 9001 requirements and other relevant legislation requirements and standards.
•    Represent Management system as person responsible for Quality  
•    Assure required product quality with usage of the Quality methodologies and techniques 
•    Provide weekly / monthly QA plant Key performance reports.
•    Monitor Cost of Poor Quality and assure measures to reduce internal and externa quality cost and incident rate. 
•    Plan   assure and perform in team validation of QM system with periodical internal audits to prove QM system effectivity. 
•    Plan assure and perform in team validation of all process inputs/outputs   with appropriate records retention to meet ISO 9001 requirements
•    Analyze process/ product risks and countermeasure them.  
•    Assure calibration process for the plant and control calibration spend 
•    legislation - requirements and standards.
•    Other duties as assigned.
•    Position has the special right  represent management and deal with supplier and customers in regards of resolving quality  aspects on parts  and  products  
•    Position has special right to stop product / production if it is not meeting required design criteria and customer requirements. 
•    Lead internal product and process validation 
•    Revise, monitor and continuously improve internal documentation (Manuals, Workflows, procedures, records) related to quality Management system. 
•    Monitor all plant KPI´s goals and adherence to target.

Basic Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Quality engineering, occupational Quality / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience.  
•    Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in leading the quality and implementing quality system and QA programs at plant level. 
•    Certified Auditor / Lead Auditor to perform audits in accordance to EN ISO 9001 requirements
•    Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Power point
•    Lean Culture and Behavior. Green Belt certified business advantage.
•    Fluent in Local Language and English language. 
•    Driving License - B
