Visión General

Brinda soporte técnico y operativo en el montaje de redes de aire comprimido utilizando tubería de aluminio. Su función principal es asistir en la preparación de materiales, cortes precisos, ensamble de conectores y fijación de la red en alturas, garantizando la hermeticidad del sistema.    

Responsabilidades
•    Preparación de Materiales: Cortar, escariar (quitar rebabas) y limpiar los tubos de aluminio para asegurar conexiones sin fugas.
•    Soporte en Alturas: Asistir en el montaje de tuberías sobre racks, muros o techos industriales utilizando plataformas elevadoras o escaleras.
•    Manejo de Herramientas: Uso correcto de cortatubos circulares, taladros, atornilladores, niveles láser y llaves de torque.
•    Instalación de Accesorios: Apoyar en la colocación de bajadas, filtros, reguladores, lubricadores (FRL) y válvulas de esfera.
•    Pruebas de Hermeticidad: Ayudar en la presurización de la red para detectar y corregir fugas de aire.
•    Orden y Seguridad: Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y seguir estrictamente las normas de seguridad (uso de EPP, bloqueo y etiquetado).Revisión física de materiales recibidos.    

Requisitos

•    Experiencia mínima de 1 años de trabajo como ayudante.
•    Experiencia mínima de 1 años en manejo de herramienta manual. (deseable).
