Descripción del Puesto:

 

 

El Soldador es responsable de fabricar estructuras y ensambles metálicos para compresores y bombas de vacío de acuerdo con planos, especificaciones y requerimientos del cliente. Participa en actividades de trazo, corte, preparación de materiales y soldadura, asegurando la calidad del trabajo realizado y el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad establecidos.

 

 

 

Responsabilidades Principales:

 

 

  • Fabricar estructuras metálicas, bases y soportes para equipos industriales.
  • Realizar trazos, cortes y preparación de materiales para fabricación.
  • Ejecutar trabajos de soldadura en acero al carbón y acero inoxidable.
  • Ensamblar componentes metálicos conforme a planos y especificaciones.
  • Utilizar instrumentos de medición para verificar dimensiones y tolerancias.
  • Operar de forma segura las herramientas y equipos asignados.
  • Mantener orden y limpieza en su área de trabajo.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos de calidad y seguridad de la empresa.

 

 

 

Requisitos Técnicos:

 

 

  • Experiencia en soldadura con electrodo.
  • Manejo de acero al carbón y acero inoxidable.
  • Uso de esmeril, taladro y máquina de soldar.
  • Manejo de dobladora, guillotina y cortadora.
  • Experiencia en el uso de equipo de oxicorte.
  • Conocimiento básico en interpretación de planos.
  • Manejo de equipos de medición.

 

 

Escolaridad y Experiencia

 

 

  • Desde secundaria o carrera técnica concluida.
  • Experiencia previa en soldadura y fabricación de estructuras metálicas.
