Job Summary

We are looking for the Junior Sales Coordinator supports sales and customer service activities related to wastewater treatment products and solutions. The role is responsible for managing customer orders, supporting commercial and administrative processes, and ensuring effective communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing customer orders from receipt through delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and related customer documentation.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and commercial inquiries.  
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer information within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
  • Support invoicing activities and assist with sales reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive support

 

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, or similar administrative roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of TS Azienda and/or SAP is considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Fluent Italian and good English language skills, both written and spoken

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Primarily site-based at the Milan office
  • Limited travel may be required for training or business meetings.
  • Collaboration with local and international teams.

Salary Range

  • € 20,900 – €37.030
