Your tasks:

  • Leading a team of 5 engineers/technicians
  • Leading product improvement and product development projects
  • Making decisions based on technical judgment
  • Control of technical change processes (ECR/ECN)
  • Ensuring an effective article creation process
  • Ensure that effective preventive measures are implemented
  • Ensuring accessible, efficient, controlled and centralized documentation

 

Your qualifications:

  • Successful Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a mechanical engineer or designer and as a leader of an engineering team
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
  • Ideally ERP experience (ProAlpha)
  • Fluent English skills
