Position Summary

Apprentice contract as part of a BTS (2 years) or a Bachelor's degree (1 year)

You will assist the Customer Service Manager and the After-Sales Manager, Business PD Blowers (Hibon and Robuschi product ranges) in the development of the business on the national territory, you will provide technical and commercial support externally to customers and internally to your Sales Administration team and mobile maintenance technicians.

You will develop the sales of the Robuschi and Hibon ranges by contributing to customer loyalty and thus actively participate in the objective of the service department.

You propose any solution to improve the quality of service.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish quantified offers after analysis of customer needs (spare parts, on-site maintenance, workshop repair, audit, training, etc.)
  • Participate in the support of the sales administration of the team in place
  • Perform 1st level technical sales support.
  • Update the service activity monitoring tables (price list, TCO, maintenance table)
  • Ensure the inter-service interface: sales, workshops, spare parts, logistics
  • Participate in the development of marketing actions to develop the PD Blowers service and repair activity (Robuschi and Hibon) and promote the product ranges to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the implementation of projects

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Education required : The job requires knowledge of bac + 2/3 level in the commercial field.
  • Experience : First experience in sales administration required. Experience in an industrial environment would be a considerable asset.

 

  • Knowledge of how to carry out a technological and economic watch on the market;
  • Contribute to the competitive intelligence of the market;
  • Detect and analyze new customer needs;
  • Contribute to the development of a client portfolio;
  • Participate in the company's commercial policy;
  • Sell industrial products;
  • Appetite for general mechanics desired
  • Proficiency in office automation and IT tools (Office Pack, Excel TCD, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP and or ORACLE/SIEBEL) would be a plus;
  • Basics in oral and written English
