  • The Industrial Technologies and Services (ITS) segment designs, manufactures, markets and services a wide range of air and gas compression, vacuum and blowing products, fluid transfer equipment, loading systems, power tools and lifting equipment, under the main brands Ingersoll Rand, Gardner Denver, CompAir ...

  • This position is attached to the Compressor Service activity dedicated to the commissioning and maintenance of Industrial Compressors.

 

Main mission:

  • Manage the activity and management of teams located in the North West of France
  • Guarantee the optimization, quality, responsiveness and profitability of the sector for which he is responsible, he supervises the actions intended to meet customer needs (management of disputes, maintenance operations, etc.)

Responsibility :

  • Supervise and unite your team, develop employees’ skills
  • Supervise the technical and administrative monitoring of interventions:
  • Track performance and continuous improvement
  • Represent the company to its customers at trade fairs or customer seminars, participate in the commercial development of after-sales service through the analysis of processes implemented by the competition, the deployment of marketing actions or customer prospecting actions.
  • Deploy the HSE Policy

Your profile:

  •  Bac +2/3 level training: BTS, DUT, degree in management of commercial units, negotiation and customer relations, marketing techniques and management of companies and administrations or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent position

Key skills: 

 

  • Knowledge:
    •    Knowledge of maintenance processes
    •    Knowledge of regulations relating to compliance and quality issues
    •    Knowledge in the field of distribution (point of sale management, customer relationship management, supply and inventory management, etc.)
    •   Proficiency in problem-solving tools
  • Know-how:
    •   Organize your work according to priorities and objectives
    •   Analyze and synthesize the data received
  • Know-how:
