Job Summary
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Lobe Blowers technology, ensuring profitable growth and strong market alignment. The role acts as a strategic bridge between the Sales organization and internal functions such as Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service. Responsibilities include product definition, market analysis, business case development, and technical-commercial support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Lobe Blowers product range throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring growth in key markets.
- Define and execute effective product strategies based on competitor analysis, application requirements, and market insights.
- Develop business cases, product definitions, and new product proposals in collaboration with Marketing & Sales.
- Align Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service to ensure a unified response to market needs.
- Provide technical-commercial support, pricing structures, sales tools, and marketing materials for distributors and sales companies.
- Monitor costs, profitability, sales volume, and market share, identifying actions to improve overall performance.
- Manage Aftermarket (AMT) activities including pricing, parts strategy, service plans, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain product and application training programs for internal teams and sales channels.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Marketing (or equivalent technical background).
- Experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or Sales in Blowers, Centrifugal Pumps, Vacuum, or Compressors.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Project.
- Fluent English; Italian language skills are a plus.
